Remodeling is a financial investment that will add value and enjoyment to your home. Don't jeopardize the outcome of your project using an unlicensed operator. The lower cost of the unlicensed operator or even a licensed Contractor may seem enticing at first, but don't fall for it. The lower cost should be a red flag and a sign of a less experienced individual or a chance the work could be
performed at substandard level in order to make a profit.
Use only licensed Contractors and beware of a bid that is much lower than the others.
Your risk of becoming a victim or being conned can be greatly reduced by hiring only licensed Contractors.
